| Breaks: | There will be lunch and dinner breaks of approximately 1 hour as well as regular breaks throughout the day. Please note: Water will be made available throughout the training. We highly recommend you bring all necessary food and fluids to keep you refreshed throughout the day. There are locations for food and drinks to be purchased, however, we do recommend you bring your own. It is requested that all food snacks be "seminar friendly" so please avoid any overly loud or odorous items. |

| Food & Facilities: | There are cafes and retail food outlets within walking distance from the venue as well as a cafe inside the venue. |
| Transport: | If travelling by train, either Central or Brunswick Street stations are the closest to the hotel. Walk out of Central Station onto Ann st, turn left towards Fortitude Valley and follow Ann street to the hotel on the left hand side, cross street is Queen Street, SSS BBQ Barns is on Ann Street, this is the back of the hotel, walk around the corner past Europcar, entrance is the next building. |
| Parking: | Parking at Mantra On Queen is only available for guests staying within the hotel, for conference attendees there is a public car park, located in the same lane way as the hotel. There is a Kings Car Park at 410 Ann Street, which is a 2-minute walk from the venue. There are also Secure Parking Stations close to the venue. Please click here to find out which parking station is closest. There is alternative parking at the Valley Metro in Fortitude Valley and also riverside next to Pig and Whistle. Weekend and evening parking is available on some streets, signed accordingly. |
| Dress: | We suggest you dress casually and comfortably. We recommend you dress in layers and bring a jacket or jumper, in case the room temperature is cooler than you prefer. Please do not wear thongs or shorts as some of the venues may not allow you to enter the premises. |

| Activities: | Our trainings are quite busy and filled with a variety of activities. You may want to arrive early or stay after the training for a few days to take advantage of what Brisbane has to offer. |
FINALISING YOUR ENROLMENT | |
| Final Payment: | Your final payment is as per your agreement with Universal Events. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the start of the training. As with all financial agreements, final payment is your responsibility. If you are on a payment plan, please ensure your payments are up-to-date prior to the training. If there is difficulty in processing your final payment, we will contact you. You will not be able to enter the training unless you are either fully paid or up-to-date with your payment plan and we encourage you attend to this as soon as possible.
