Does Universal Events have an Affiliate Reward Program?

Yes, we do. For information on how you can earn cash and/or training dollars for referring friends to our events, click here.

How do I make sure I am listed as the referrer when my friends sign up to attend an event?

You have a unique affiliate code in our system. To find your affiliate code, simply log in to “My Affiliate Centre” and go to the Affiliate Toolbox, where you will find links and even ready made emails, Facebook and Twitter posts you can send to friends and colleagues inviting them to a Universal Events seminar on your behalf.

I don’t know which email address or password I use to access My Affiliate Centre, how can I update my details?

If you are already on the Universal Events database but you have never had a password, click here to Set your password. If you have a password, but can’t remember it, you can click on the “Reset password” link. If you are not currently on the Universal Events database, you can join straight away by simply clicking on the “Join” link so you can access the member centre and affiliate program immediately.

Note: You will need to enter your First Name and Last Name the same way as when your first signed up. E.G. if you signed up to an event as "John Citizen" then entering "Jonathan Citizen" would not work.

EVENTS

I have booked into an event and I can no longer attend, how do I cancel my booking?

For free events, if you still have your confirmation email, you can click on the “Cancel my enrolment” link and automatically remove yourself from the event list. If you do not have access to your confirmation email, you can email us at info@universalevents.com.au - please provide the name and email address and name of the event you have registered for, along with any other relevant contact details.

For paid events, please contact us by phone on +61 2 9925 8000 to discuss your booking. Please note, each event has it’s own cancellation policy.

How do I find out details regarding the venue, dates and times of an event I have registered for?

Locate the event you are looking for from the Upcoming Events page and click on the “Learn More” link. Each event has its own FAQ section, which you will be able to access from this page.

How do I apply to become a crew member on upcoming events?

Universal Events welcomes your application to become a part of our event crew. For more information, click here.
