UNIVERSAL EVENTS CREW

The Universal Events Crew is made up of some of the finest individuals, just like you, who have completed one or more Universal Events Training Programs, have experienced massive transformation in their own life and are driven by the altruistic drive to give back and assist others with the gift of accelerated human change.

Many participants in our programs report how they were deeply moved by the kindness and support of one or more crew members. Being a crew member is all about heart. Our crew take time out from their busy schedules to be of service to others and they help us create a safe loving and supportive space for transformation to take place.

We take this opportunity to thank our amazing crew for their generosity, impeccable professionalism and their great big hearts. We couldn't do the work that we do without you!

Crew Rewards

Being on Universal Events Crew is about contribution, camaraderie and service. It’s about “paying it forward” and helping others experience the breakthroughs and learnings you know are possible from a Universal Events program.

As such, our Crew members know their greatest reward is in their participation and support of these trainings. Other crew rewards are available and they vary depending on the training. Click here for more information on Crew Rewards.

We'd love to have you on Crew!

Registering your interest to be on Crew is as easy as 1... 2... 3...

1. Make sure you are eligible to Crew an event.

You will need to have completed the Universal Events training in order for you to be eligible to be on Crew for that Training. Here's a couple of examples:

a. If you have completed Universal Events' Breakthrough to Success weekend, then you are eligible to be on crew for a Breakthrough to Success Weekend.

b. If you have completed Universal Events' Rich Heart Wealthy Mind (formerly Design Your Destiny Training) then you are eligible to be on crew for Rich Heart Wealthy Mind.

Note: For any NEW Trainings, we will be offering Crew positions to those people who have completed other comparable Universal Events trainings.

2. Make sure you are available to crew the entire event.

A tight, knowledgeable and fun crew is the backbone to every event. For this reason, all crew must be present during the entire event so that they receive all the necessary training and briefings. Crew are often required to be on duty the day before the training event starts, and stay back after participants have gone home.

3. If you have confirmed Steps 1 and 2 above, then let us know that you would like to crew.
