After many years of motivational courses and sales seminars I was interested to learn more about NLP. I knew that if I learnt more about NLP then I could utilise it in our company as well as personally in my presentations.

My first workshop on NLP was with Christopher Howard at Breakthrough to Success in 2004. Well... what an event that was and how much did I learn... The word awesome does not describe the transformation that Lyn (my wife) and I experienced on that weekend. After completing many workshops and courses on personal power, motivation, self development, psychology and sales with some of the greats in the industry, I decided to take a long hard look at NLP. I found that Chris Howard was one of, if not the best in this field and he came with the best referral from a very close friend of mine. I was so impressed that I decided to bring along all the staff at our company StockCourse, and give them a bit of the motivation that Chris so freely gives out. This had so much impact on me as an employer after they completed Chris's NLP trainings, that I decided to put them through further education with Chris, with alot of us going all the way through. As Chris said to me "you can have whatever you want, you just have to go out and get it". With all this new information in hand and alot of new directions and ideas to implement, we set out to improve the company and ourselves personally.

I am so excited with everything that Chris has taught us that I have implemented totally different structures in all that we do. We now refer and recommend that all our students do the personal development workshops with Chris Howard and apply these fantastic principles into their share trading decisions and put larger profits into their pockets.

NLP has not only changed our business but also our lives. I tell everyone about NLP, as I think it should be in our education system from an early age. I will continue to utilise the teachings from Chris, as it has not only made our company hundreds of thousands of dollars, but it has improved my health by stopping smoking, keeping me fit and improve my personal life with my family. We will be doing some refresher courses with Chris this year to stay in focus with everything.
