to provide you with leading edge information and resources to assist

trainings and access to the NLP community. We suggest you

Universal Events was established in 1993 to provide people with
the world's leading NLP trainings and resources. Our mission is
to provide information to support individuals and companies to fast
track their success and achieve their greatest potential.

| Karen Corban |
| Founder and Director |
| Karen has over 25 years of commercial experience in marketing,
sales and business management, with the last 14 years in events
management and seminar promotions.
Her passion for NLP and personal growth has guided her on
a personal journey for over 20 years. In pursuit of excellence, learning
and personal growth, Karen has attended numerous NLP, business
and personal growth courses nationally and internationally. |

| Through this passion and desire to learn,
Karen travels the world to seek out the leading trainings
in NLP to offer them to Universal Events clients.
Karen is known for her entrepreneurial abilities, interpersonal
skills, enthusiasm and optimistic attitude. Starting her first business at the age of 21, Karen has built 3 successful businesses from imported French and Italian clothing boutiques, to a global events company. It is her passion
and purpose to share information with individuals and companies,
thereby supporting their future growth.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University
of NSW, an Anthony Robbins Mastery University Diploma and is
an internationally Certified Master Practitioner of NLP. |

| Ken Wood |
Strategist and Systems Architect

Ken has had a varied career, spanning silicon chip design, programming, software technical support and a variety of sales and marketing roles. He is an entrepreneur and company director, actively involved in three businesses.
Together with his wife, Karen Corban they are expanding the Christopher Howard family of businesses internationally and into related markets, starting with the UK and launching into Ireland and New Zealand in 2008.
Ken's focus is on strategy and systems - building businesses that perform and deliver high and consistent levels of service over the long term. |

| Rachel Grant |
Business Development Manager |
| Rachel Grant brings to Universal Events a passion for
Personal Development and a burning desire to involve as many
people as possible in the powerful trainings that Universal
Events has to offer.
Rachel is the founder of ‘Inner Energy’ and for the past
14 years has been the Head Personal Trainer and Coach of her
company.
She studied at the University of Technology
Sydney and has a degree in Human Movement Studies and a diploma
of Physical Education. Rachel is an NLP Trainer
and brings an enormous amount of enthusiasm and knowledge
to the sales and coaching departments of Universal Events and our subsiduary company Christopher Howard Events in the UK.
Rachel is totally committed to helping people create changes
in their lives that exceed their wildest dreams and expectations! |

| Linda lives her life with fun, passion, and enthusiasm. She has the ability to inspire and encourage others to reach their full potential both in their personal and professional lives. Her background for the past 20 years has been in sales, marketing and human resources.

Linda joined our team in 2004 and with her passion and enthusiasm encourage others to experience accelerated life changes through Neuro Linguistic Programming and the Christopher Howard Next Generation of Achievement Technologies.
Linda completed the Christopher Howard Fast Track to Success programs in early in 2006 and received her certification as a Trainer and Coach through the Christopher Howard Companies. |

| Linda joined Universal Events September 2002 and has a
diverse background in various aspects of the tourism and hospitality
industry, largely in event logistics.
She has qualifications in business and tourism and has held
previous positions in national travel companies, a top 100
company in their procurement division, and both national and
international five star hotels and resorts. |

| Throughout her career she has largely been
involved in project roles for large events, with her main
focus being on customer excellence to create a truly enriching
experience for all.
It is her passion for people and personal committment to
being the best you can be that lead her to Universal Events.
Linda is an NLP Trainer and travels all over the world to assist the company in various projects. |

| Patricia Tselepi |
Administration Assistant |
| In her many varied roles within the Arts,
Travel and Hospitality industries Patricia has always been
motivated to provide supreme customer care and service.
After completing an Honours Degree in Art and Criticism at
the University of Sydney Nepean, Patricia worked in a number
of Sydney’s leading commercial galleries. Her passion for
art and self-expression resulted in a position at the Powerhouse
Museum where Patricia further employed her enthusiasm for |

excellent customer relations as a Customer Service
Officer. Consecutive promotions within the Museum allowed Patricia
to expand her administrative skills. She is delighted to now
bring those skills to Universal Events. Her personal
self development journey has lead to a realisation of the
fantastic possibilities and benefits of NLP. Patricia looks
forward to expanding her own knowledge in this area and providing
opportunities for others to learn, assisting everyone around
her to live to their fullest potential. |

| Tobi started with the company in 2006 and has NLP Trainer qualifications. He is a great communicator, systems oriented and loves people.
Tobi has spent several years working in the hospitality industry as a conference manager and more recently worked for a retail health company.
He enjoys meeting Universal Events clients and ensuring their experience at events is a fun and enjoyable. |

Systems Administrator |
| Adam joined Universal Events in June 2005 and
has a strong background in accounting and financial systems
and has worked for a wide range of large companies, including
one of the Fortune 500. Throughout his career he has largely
been involved in project roles for system integrations with
software designed for over 100,000 users. He is responsible
for financial and software systems administration at Universal
Events. |

| Dina Bonke |

Dina joined us in 2006 with 16 years experience in the events industry covering all aspects of event management, team leadership and pre-production coordination. She has travelled the globe with this industry and is passionate about working with events which contribute to people’s personal and professional success.
Dina commenced her career as a social worker and worked with employers and employees to resolve human resource issues. She then managed a range of employment and training programs within the Department of Employment and Training, |

Queensland using her unique and successful strategies for working with and managing teams of people.
Dina holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Queensland; Professional Logistics (Event Management), The Excellerated Learning Institute, Phoenix, AZ, USA; has a Graduate Certificate in Management from the University of Nepean, Western Sydney and is currently studying the Advanced Corporate Coaching stream, CoachU, USA. Dina is a certified NLP Practitioner through Christopher Howard Training. |

Joshua White
Events & Logistics Project Manager
Josh started with Universal Events in 2007 in administration and progressed swiftly to the Events and Logistics Project Manager.
After four years in the legal profession and two years in Fleet Management, Josh has found his calling in Events Management with Universal Events. Responsible for pre and post event organisation, Josh takes pride in contributing to the events running smoothly and efficiently, so our clients can enjoy the ultimate training experience!
Josh is extremely excited to continue and progress in his role and career with Universal Events.
Pauline Martin
Strategic Alliance Manager (Asia Pacific)
Pauline started her career with Universal Events shortly after completing her NLP Practitioner Certification with Christopher Howard in 2005. Since that time she has become an NLP Trainer and has assisted hundreds of others to bring NLP into their lives.
Pauline’s studies have included: NLP, coaching, massage therapy, personal training, reiki, TFT, accounting, sales, marketing and even Japanese. She has worked in both the corporate and private sectors and runs her own business in coaching and massage therapy. She has travelled to 32 countries and loves to network with people.
Pauline is passionate about helping people realise their true potential. Her current focus is on sourcing alliances with other industry leaders to enable them to bring their clients along to our phenomenally successful “Breakthrough to Success” events.

Christine Anderson

Christine began with Universal Events in July 2006. She has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Information Systems, a Masters in Accounting and holds an NLP Practitioner certification. She has held a varied number of roles in the accounting area.
Christine is responsible for accurate accounting records and providing prompt service to clients in regard to their financial requirements. |

Andrew McCauley

Andrew spent more than 15 years managing large hotels for both independent operators and large corporate chains. Having been the General Manager of 8N different venues around the Melbourne Metropolitan area, all serving vast amounts of customers, Andrew is no stranger to dealing with people on all
levels and from all walks of life. His passion is helping people get out of their own way so they can prosper and grow through new found knowledge and beliefs about themselves. Andrew is a certified NLP Trainer through Christoher Howard Training.
Andrew is the Director of 2 companies and both involve bringing out the best in people, whether it is through coaching, training or self development on a personal or a professional level. He believes that everybody has an ability to succeed, and through strategic coaching and mentoring, will bring out that
success in you.
